Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with any Albion products please let us know and we’ll make sure things are resolved swiftly. We offer a full refund if products are returned within 30 days, unused and with the original packaging.

If you would like to return or exchange an item from the UK, please head to our UK Customer Service Portal.

If you would like to return or exchange an item from a non-UK address, please head to our INTERNATIONAL Customer Service Portal.

Please ensure any items are returned unused and in original product packaging. All items for refund or exchange should be unwashed and in their original condition.

Albion is not liable for the cost of returning items.
