Who are we?

At Albion we make products for cycling in British conditions.

We understand that tough riding in changeable conditions places specific demands on both riders and kit, and our approach to making things always starts by asking, how will this product improve the riding experience? The result, we believe, is functional gear with practical features, designed to work on the bike and to protect riders out on the road.

How can I contact Albion?

You can contact Albion at info@albioncycling.com. We are available Mon-Fri and aim to answer queries within 24 hours.

Does Albion have a retail location?

Albion does not have a designated retail space, however, you can find a list of our retail partners below:

Returns and Exchanges

How do I initiate a return?

If you are unhappy with any Albion products please let us know and we’ll make sure things are resolved swiftly. We offer a full refund if products are returned within 30 days, unused and with the original packaging, including tags and bio-bag(s).

If you would like to return or exchange an item from the UK please visit our returns portal.

If you would like to return or exchange an item from a non-UK address, please visit our returns portal here.

Please ensure any items are returned unused and in original product packaging. All items for refund or exchange should be unwashed and in their original condition.

Albion is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Where is my order number?

Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email. A typical order number will look like ‘Order #12345’.

Please note for international returns, our portal requires you to add the hashkey (#) when initiating the return, for example #12345.

Can I send back items from multiple orders in a single package?

You can post items back from multiple orders in a single parcel to save on packaging and postage where appropriate. Please ensure that all order return forms are included in the package.

My return has arrived back with Albion, when will the refund/exchange be processed?

Your return will be processed when the returns department has processed and quality-checked. This can sometimes take up to seven days once the parcel has arrived at the returns department, but please get in touch at info@albioncycling.com if your exchange/refund has not been actioned after this period.

What is the 60 Day ABR1 Guarantee?

Albion exists to help you stay outside for longer. Our ABR1 bib shorts are designed for maximum comfort on your longest, hardest days in the saddle. We are confident that you will love the ABR1 Bib Shorts, so offer a 60 day window to try the product. If you’re not satisfied with the ABR1 Bib Shorts during that time, you can return the product for a refund or a bib short exchange.
Please email info@albioncycling.com with your order number (found on your email purchase confirmation) and date of purchase to begin this process.

Terms and Conditions

During the 60-day period from the date of purchase of the ABR1 bib shorts, customers can use the bib shorts to their normal levels of usage. If a customer wishes to return the bib shorts  they may be returned for a refund of the purchase price paid.

Open to UK customers who have purchased ABR1 bib shorts directly from Albion.

Products purchased from authorised Albion retailers will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on any item that has suffered severe or crash damage within this period. Our repairs service is available here.

The scheme applies to full price ABR1 bib shorts only and is not applicable to discounted prices. The scheme does apply to bundles, please note refunds will be to the discounted bundle price.

Returns must be received in a hygienic and reasonable condition. Any returns received back in an unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer at their cost with no refund provided.

We will provide a form when you get in touch to be completed, and return to the address given.

Albion is not responsible for the cost of returning items.

Albion reserves the right to refuse a return in any abuse of the scheme.

Once received back a return will be processed within 14 days.


Orders and Shipping

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is being packed with a tracking link to follow. Once the order has been passed to the courier, you will be provided with further tracking information.

When will my order arrive?

Please see the shipping page for more details on estimated delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated timeframe, please contact info@albioncycling.com.

Whilst couriers will aim to deliver in their allotted timeframe, please be advised that Royal Mail does allow 10 delivery days from the date of dispatch before they can consider a parcel to be lost.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. If your country or address are not available, please contact info@albioncycling.com and we will assist.

My shipping/billing address is incorrect, can I change this?

Please contact us at info@albioncycling.com as soon as you notice any errors with the shipping/billing address. Once the order is past the picking stage, we are unable to make any changes.

Can I alter my order after placing it?

Please contact us at info@albioncycling.com as soon as you notice any errors with the product selection. We are unable to make any changes to international parcels once an order has been placed due to local tax discrepancies within the paperwork.

How do I know which size to purchase?

When will a product I’m interested in be back in stock?

You can sign up to the back-in-stock notification by clicking on the size of your choice on the product page. When the product becomes available, you’ll receive an email notification.

Where are your products made?

We only work with factories that treat their staff fairly, and pay them properly. Currently, those factories are in Great Britain, Italy, Albania and China. Great Britain has a rich tradition of textile manufacturing which we admire and want to support. Italy is the heartland of technical cycling garment manufacture, and we proudly work with a family business with forty years’ experience developing technical clothing for professional teams in both road cycling and downhill skiing. China is home to some of the most technical manufacturing expertise in the world, especially in the area of technical outerwear, where we look to excel here at Albion.
