If you are unhappy with any Albion products please let us know and we’ll make sure things are resolved swiftly. We offer a full refund if products are returned within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel, unused and with the original packaging, including tags and polybag(s).
Your return will be actioned when the returns department has processed and quality-checked. This can take up to seven working days once the parcel has arrived at the returns department.

If you would like to return an item from a non-UK address, please visit our returns portal here. Your purchase will be refunded, minus return costs, unless you choose self-postage.
Please ensure any items are returned unused and in original product packaging. All items for refund or exchange should be unwashed and in their original condition. We are not able to refund or exchange soiled products.
Please note unless you have chosen the Royal Mail Tracked/DPD service, Albion cannot be held responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered by Royal Mail.

Our EU/International checkout is now inclusive of all duties and taxes. Your order total will be your final cost and you will not have to pay any further fees after purchase.
Express shipping is via DHL Express. For addresses DHL does not deliver to, parcels will be passed onto local couriers from DHL for final-mile shipping.
